We kindly remind you that all experiences at Rancho Bonanza must be reserved in advance through our official channels: the website ranchobonanza.eco, by phone at +52 998 881 9454, or via WhatsApp at +52 998 609 0171. On-site ticket sales are currently unavailable. The promotional rate of USD 90 per person is available exclusively for purchases made through the website. This rate includes a 1-hour, 20-minute horseback ride, beverages (water, soda, and light snacks), a bilingual guide (Spanish and English), shared round-trip transportation, 45 minutes of swimming in a cenote, a melipona honey tasting, Personal Accident (PA) and Civil Liability (CL) coverage, safety equipment, lockers, and towels. Any private transportation or services not listed in the offer, as well as additional food or drinks, tips, souvenirs, or other personal expenses, are not included. Age, height, or weight restrictions may apply for the horseback ride and cenote swim. By participating in these activities, visitors confirm they are in suitable physical condition and release the company from responsibility for any medical conditions not disclosed in advance. In the event of extreme weather conditions or other force majeure circumstances, Rancho Bonanza may reschedule or cancel activities to ensure the safety of attendees. No refunds will applied for cancellations made outside the promotional period or for no-shows on the scheduled date. Any cancellation or refund requests must be directed to Rancho Bonanza and will be subject to its internal policies.
